Moving to Fort Lauderdale, Moving to South Florida, Relocating to Fort Lauderdale, Relocating to South Florida

Here are 5 things I don't like about Fort Lauderdale, FL

1. Traffic on I-95 is alwsy hectic and the lanes are now reduced due to implementation of toll lanes.

2. Sometimes the neighborhoods don't have continuity. You can go frrom a million dollar neighborhood to a very unpleasing aesthetic.

3. Many of the streets still have overhead powerlines. The City of Fort Lauderdale ahs transitioned some streets. It's a better aesthetic to have them undergruond and it's less dangerous than lines than can fall on your home.

4. Some reas of Fort Lauderdale FL still flood A LOT!

5. The condominiums have very low reserves in most cases so this affects financing for lower down payments.

I still love Fort Lauderdale FL. It's much better to live here than colder states and cities!
